General FAQs
A head spa is a structured, scalp-focused treatment that uses warm flowing water, targeted scalp massage, and intentional pacing to support circulation, release tension, and calm the nervous system.
At Atrium, each session begins with a clear consultation and scalp assessment, followed by a guided sequence of water therapy and hands-on care designed to bring the body into a deep state of relaxation. The experience is unrushed, quiet, and purpose-built to help you disconnect mentally while supporting scalp health at a physiological level.
Treatment length varies by service. Our signature head spa sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes. Longer sessions are ideal if you want deeper rest and a more unrushed experience.
Atrium is located in the heart of Downtown Lancaster, PA. 128 E. Grant Street, Lancaster Pa, 17602. Detailed arrival instructions and parking guidance are sent to you on the day of your appointment.
First-time guests can expect a calm, guided experience from start to finish.
Your session begins with a brief consultation and optional scalp assessment to understand your needs. From there, you’ll be led through an unrushed head spa treatment that combines warm water therapy, scalp massage, and intentional care designed to support relaxation and nervous system reset.
You’ll be fully supported throughout the visit — no prior experience needed. Many guests fall into a deep state of relaxation, and it’s common to leave feeling both physically refreshed and mentally clear.
If you’re new to head spa treatments, Atrium is designed to make your first visit feel effortless, comfortable, and restorative.
Our head spa services are performed while you are lying on your back. While generally safe for those in early pregnancy (under 4 months), we do not recommend head spa treatments beyond the 4-month mark.
