Below you'll find important parking and building entry information for your upcoming appointment, along with a map attached for reference.

 

Since we’re located in downtown Lancaster, please allow extra time for parking. Here are the nearby options:

-Small Lot on E. Grant St: Recommended for appointments 2 hours or more (Turn right onto Grant from N. Duke, instead of left toward our building. Marked on the attached map). Or:

 

-E. King St Parking Garage: Please note that there is NO street parking available on E. Grant.

-2-Hour Meter Parking: Available on surrounding streets (highlighted in yellow on the attached map; free after 6 PM and on Sundays).

 

 

ATRIUM is located on the 4th floor of a secure building. We will text you a temporary access code the morning of your appointment.  

 

 

IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY: Please have a seat in the 4th floor waiting area just left of the elevator (directly in front of fluent) rather than entering the spa. Your practitioner may still be performing services on another guest and will be out to greet you by your appointment time.

 

 

Pre-Appointment Instructions

No Contacts During Service: You are welcome to bring a contact carrying case to remove them prior to the service. This is advised due to the use of heated eye masks during your treatment.

Hair Preparation: Please come with unwashed but detangled hair. This will ensure the best experience during your appointment.
